All wine purchases occur in NYS and ownership passes directly to the buyer of the product. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. When you order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine. By placing an order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving you are at least 21 years old. Swedish Hill Winery is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. By placing an order with Swedish Hill Winery, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.
